nature's whimsical side




heard about this very cool and rare natural phenomenon on NPR today - a example of nature's whimsy.

i heard this piece, too, but had no idea what a snow donut looked like. now i do. thank you for posting it, and for having a similar pleasure in whimsy as nature creates it as i do.
